Jake participated in his Arrow of Light Ceremony on March 12, 2009. This is the highest award for a Cub Scout. Jen who was the Cub Scout leader for five years was very happy to see the boys graduate, but sad to see them go. After the ceremony, the new Boy Scout group invited the boys over to their Boy Scout "Shack" where they had a monkey bridge set up for the boys to cross over to the world of "Real Men" aka Boys Scouts. Jake is really excited for scouting adventures especially after visiting the new group and being given an axe and some matches to make a fire with.
